What would you be doing?

As the Guest Service Representative, your primary responsibility would be providing support to our client’s multiplayer online games played by children. Additional responsibilities would include:

• Providing email, chat and moderation support to online users
• Reading online conversations and approving/rejecting user-generated content
• Participating in online game events
• Assisting guests with game-play questions and issues
• Ensuring guess issues are handled quickly, properly and completely in accordance with company standards
• Escalating sensitive and critical situations in a timely manner
• Working closely with technical support in troubleshooting issues
• Ensuring the safety of the online guests through evaluation of online guest activities
