What would you be doing?

As the Guest Service Supervisor, you would oversee a team of 15-25 Guest Service Representatives who are monitoring children’s online games. Primary responsibilities would include:

• Ensuring guest inquiries are handled quickly, properly and in accordance to company standards
• Working with the Training/QA Coordinator to keep the team abreast of new product releases
• Performing quality coaching, development and mentoring of the team
• Performing real-time management of the team ensuring adequate coverage on phones, emails, moderation and chat
• Resolving escalated guest issues
• Providing regular reports/metrics to the senior leadership
• Addressing team performance, training, recognition, growth and development needs and delivering performance evaluations
• Working closely with technical support and customer service groups to ensure guest issues are fully resolved
• Acting as a resource and a subject matter expert for the team
• Developing departmental standard operating procedures
• Evaluating and adapting procedures to meet the evolving needs of the business

Supervisory experience in a customer or guest facing industry
Computer savvy
Interest and enjoyment in playing online games
Knowledge of current pop culture; awareness of what is going on in the world
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A background working and interacting with children is highly preferred
College Degree is preferred
